During a special basketball clinic in Kowloon Tong alongside NBA players like Jusuf Nurkic, Muoka revealed that he is on track to receive his SAR passport, which will enable him to represent Hong Kong in international competitions.
At 23 years old and standing 2.08 meters tall, Muoka is poised to bolster Hong Kong’s national team, with his debut likely to come in November during the Asian Cup qualifiers. Despite having the option to represent Nigeria or the UK, Muoka’s strong ties to Hong Kong drove his decision: “I grew up here, and I want to give back to Hong Kong.”
Muoka also hinted at upcoming news regarding his NBA G-League career, but kept details under wraps due to confidentiality agreements.
